4) SMS and mobile information
If you opt in to receive SMS messages, we use your mobile number to send messages you requested (including marketing texts, if you opted in).
- We do not sell mobile information for money.
- We do not share mobile information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- We may share mobile information with service providers that help us deliver SMS messages and operate our messaging program (including opt-in consent records) as necessary to provide the service.
To opt out of SMS, reply STOP (or follow the instructions in the message).
5) Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for Site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement/optimization.
You can control cookies through your browser settings (block/delete cookies). Note: blocking certain cookies may affect Site functionality. You can also manage certain advertising preferences through settings offered by major advertising platforms.
6) Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for interpreting DNT signals, we currently do not respond to them. Our Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

A. Marketing choices
- Email: You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails.
- SMS: Reply STOP (or follow instructions in the message).
B. Privacy requests (access / delete / correct / opt out)
You may request to access, delete, or correct personal information we maintain about you, and/or opt out of certain processing (such as targeted advertising), depending on your location and applicable law.
How to submit a request:
Email info@bendsoap.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.”
In your request, please tell us what you want to do (for example: “delete,” “access,” “correct,” “opt out of targeted advertising,” “opt out of email,” “opt out of SMS”).
We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.
Important note about deletion:
We will delete or de-identify information we can, but we may retain certain information as required or permitted by law (for example, for tax/financial recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution).
12) U.S. State notices (California, Nevada, and others)
Different U.S. states provide different privacy rights. Depending on where you live and whether a state law applies to our business and data practices, you may have rights such as access, deletion, correction, and opting out of certain processing (including targeted advertising).
California notice
We do not sell personal information for money. We may share identifiers and activity data with advertising partners for advertising measurement and targeted advertising (which some California laws may treat as “sharing”).
Rewards program notice (financial incentive):
If you join our rewards/referral program, you may receive benefits such as discounts or points. Participation is optional, and you can opt out at any time by contacting us. The value of the benefits may relate to your purchases and engagement.
Nevada notice
Nevada law provides certain residents a right to opt out of the “sale” of certain covered information in some circumstances. We do not sell personal information for money. Nevada residents who still wish to submit an opt-out request may email info@bendsoap.com with the subject line “Nevada Opt-Out Request.”
13) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above when changes are posted.
