Our All-New, All-Natural, Honey Grapefruit Goat Milk Soap

Spring has sprung! We love how fresh the air smells as this season comes into full bloom, how the birds love to sing, and, of course, the warm sunshine. This is a season of new products for us too!

We're very excited to share our latest product with you: our NEW Honey Grapefruit Goat Milk Soap and Honey Grapefruit Milk Bath! It's another one of our homemade, natural soaps with a fresh new scent — what’s not to love?! You'll definitely want to give this one a try. We have the most natural ingredients with exceptional properties and, of course, the scent is lovely and wonderfully spring-like. 

The ingredients in our Honey Grapefruit Goat Milk Soap include:

• Fresh Goat's Milk (from our own goats!)
• Saponified Coconut
• Olive Oil
• Red Palm Oil
• Honey
• Essential Oils
• and Natural Scent... That’s it!

Here's what you'll find inside our Honey Grapefruit Goat Milk Soap:

• Goat's Milk: Fresh from our OWN goats! Can’t get any better than that! Goat milk has several properties that are especially beneficial for the skin. The primary property to notice is that goat milk is very moisturizing and easily absorbed by the skin. We have mentioned it before, but goat milk has lots of vitamins and minerals. The caprylic and capric acids in goat milk closely match pH balance on the skin, preventing the stripping of oils the skin actually needs.
  
  
• Coconut Oil: This ingredient helps the soap to lather (no Sodium Lauryl Sulfate here!). Coconut oil is a good source of Vitamin E, antibacterial properties and, like goat milk, is a moisturizer.
  
  
• Olive Oil: contains antioxidants that work as moisturizers. Olive oil helps exfoliate and soften the skin due to the number of antioxidant properties. Olive oil is especially beneficial because it does not clog pores! We've found that it can be very gentle and non-irritating, even for sensitive skin.
  
  
• Red Palm Oil: This ingredient is a natural protector from bacteria and other internal impacts. Like other ingredients, it contains Vitamin E. Carotenes are the substance that gives red palm oil a deep color. You've heard of Beta-Carotene? That's just one of the many carotenes found in nature. Carotenes convert into Vitamin A, which is great for skin health! Vitamin A gives elasticity and strength to the skin and helps blood circulation and cell regeneration. Like our other ingredients, it has moisturizing and cleansing properties.

• Honey: We put REAL honey in this soap! Honey is incredibly emollient, nourishing, softening, and relaxing for the skin. We currently use it in one of our most popular soaps: Oatmeal & Honey! Honey has antibacterial and hydrating properties and is also a source of antioxidants, which can destroy destructive chemicals. Like all of the other ingredients, honey is naturally rich in nutrients and chemical-free.
  
  
• Grapefruit Essential Oil: The Grapefruit Essential Oil has properties of being energizing and purifying. It promotes cleansing, soothing, and detoxification of the skin. It can also help eliminate odor. This particular essential oil has properties that treat oily skin, acne and provides a refreshing feeling on the skin.
  
  
• Ylang Ylang Essential Oil: The Ylang Ylang Essential Oil has similar properties as well. It can be beneficial to reducing skin irritation and redness. It can also help reduce eczema. Its antibacterial and antiseptic properties can help prevent skin infection. It is effective when treating acne and is a good choice to use for the face. One neat property of Ylang Ylang is that it tends to even out sebum production which makes this oil good for all skin types.
  
  
• Natural Pine Scent: For a uniquely fresh smell, we added an all-natural and even organic natural scent that adds a touch of the pine forest or high mountain meadow to this soap.
